PSA’s biggest case

If you think Herbert is the PSA’s biggest case, think again.

One nice day on Club Penguin Cooldude67 was walking around in the Plaza. Unfortunately a penguin all in black came and robbed him. He was so shocked by it he was mentally crazy. A few days later he went to a penguin selling guns. He was mentally crazy and so he bought one. He upgraded it to an automatic gun and he went to the plaza. He started shooting penguins alot but it wasn’t his fault ( he ws mentally crazy ). He cleared the plaza of penguins and there was a huge mess of blood. After that a couple of agents walked into the plaza and saw the dead penguins. The agents noticed that it was Cooldude67 who killed all of the penguins. And of course Cooldude67 shot away at the agents.
